The DANY Virtual 5K Run to 2021 was held between December 21, 2020 and February 21, 2021. Runners participated from all over the State of New York and across the country! The proceeds from the race benefited The Food Bank for New York City and The DANY Scholarship Fund. Participants could run or walk anywhere and anytime between the start and end date. There were two divisions: the Participation Division and the Competitive Division.
We were able to raise $1,814 for The Food Bank of New York City. This helps The Food Bank pay for 9,370 meals! If you are interested in learning more about the Food Bank for New York City, please check out this website: foodbanknyc.org
